Delivery Times & Return policy
Delivery We aim to deliver your order within 3–12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at PawCalm@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Lick mats
- Slow feeders
- Any chew or treat products
How to Return Simply email us at PawCalm@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
